2017 Board Member Elections

Dear SCCF Member,

You are invited to vote for SCCF Board Members by completing and returning the attached eBallot "Official_2017_SCCF_Ballot_v6_distributed”. Steps to vote:

1. Open the eBallot by clicking here. It will likely display in your browser. Don't try to fill it out yet. Instead, Save/Download the PDF to your local hard drive (probably into your Downloads folder, or maybe your Desktop).

2. Double Click on the eBallot to open it in Acrobat or Adobe Reader. You can use Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader to fill in this eBallot (If needed, get the free latest version of Adobe Reader here. This eBallot works on computers but not smartphones. You should see a bright pink banner across the top of the eBallot. This means you are ready to vote.

3. When you are finished voting, click “Submit Form” (top right corner) to return your eBallot. What happens next depends on which email software you use. If you use e.g. Outlook, Thunderbird, or Mac Mail, the completed eBallot should be attached to an email that you address to and send. If you use a web-based email service, like AOL, you may need to save the completed eBallot to your desktop, create an email to, attach the eBallot, and then send the eBallot.

4. If you are unable to email the eBallot back, then print it out and send US Mail to the following address: SCCF Elections, C/O Steve Morford, 534 Via Zapata, Riverside, CA 92507. Or, vote in person at the Southern California Open.

Keep in mind that even though a voter may cast up to six votes, they can only give one vote to any one candidate.

All ballots must be received no later than 3 p.m. on Sunday, September 3rd.
